Student Wellbeing
Wellbeing is a shared responsibility of all College staff, students, families and our support services. It’s Okay to Have Off Days
Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes we all face moments that feel a bit too heavy. If you’re going through a tough time, remember—there’s always someone who cares and wants to help.
You don’t have to carry everything on your own. A simple conversation can make a big difference. Whether it’s with a friend, family member, teacher, school counsellor, or another trusted adult—reaching out is a brave and important step.
Let’s look out for each other. You’re never alone at Palmerston College.
